Outlook can't save password

The problem is Outlook ask for the password over and over again.

Solution

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider

Delete the subkey

The user subkey folder resembles the following example:
S-1-5-21-124525095-708259637-1543119021-16701

Restart computer

Start Outlook, enter and save the password.
